The guy arrived right on time and was very informative. He worked quickly but effectively and showed me every step of the way what was happening so I was aware of the products being used. Highly recommend getting these guys on for your house. From the first call to book the pest inspection to the day it was performed, I was kept abreast of the schedule (including live arrival time of the inspector!). Chris was a friendly professional who was very clear on what would need to be done for my particular issue (cockroaches in kitchen) and very efficient in his work.
He walked me through what would be done, maintenance to prevent return of cockroaches and other tips and useful information on different pests that might become an issue in the future, with what would need to be done if they were a problem and outlined costs.
