INTERNAL WARRANTY ANTS AND  COCKROACHES 6 MONTHS

• inspect building premise
• inspect surrounding trees and tree stumps on site
• looking for wood decay, high level moisture
• looking for termite activity and damage
• using tools such as a donger, moisture meter, thermal imaging camera, torch
• checking timbers in roof void and under sub floor
• looking for indentations in internal walls for termite trails
• insect timber fences, posts, other building structures
• suggested annually

• Spray in all timber furniture nooks/crannies
• Spray under furniture
• Spray mattress seams
• Spray bed frame
• Spray curtains

• Clothing will need to be bagged and/or placed in washing machine and/or dryer prior to service
• All bed linen taken off mattresses
• All personal things to be taken out of wooden furniture
• vacuuming all flooring, mattresses

• assess the area to determine what type of wasp
• find the wasp nest or multiple wasp nests
• determine the methods used to eradicate wasp nests, dusting and/or residual spray
• always wear a bee suit before performing eradication
• for customer to shut all windows and doors while staying inside for their protection
• due to safety and/or location wasp nest may be removed physically and placed in bin

• all windows and doors are closed
• safely point and/or show where the wasps are to pest technician

WARRANTY 3 MONTHS

• Cover home inside roof/outside perimeter
• Bait roof void every 3-5Metres
• 4 external locked bait stations around premise

• have access to the manhole for roof void access
• have side gates open
• if pets in yard please have caged, tied up or placed in a room and if not, an option please communicate with pest technician so pets can be coordinated

• Spray kitchen cabinets, under kitchen sink, behind fridge
• Apply cockroach bait to all kitchen hinges, potentially based on lvl of infestation in bathrooms, laundries, bedrooms, electronic items also
• Dust fridge motor if possible, nooks/crannies in kitchen
• depending on lvl of infestation using cockroach traps
• spray all skirting boards
• dust roof void based on type premise
• dust brick weep holes/sub floor based on type of premise
• option to add on above packages also

• vacuum and clean all floorings
• go through all storage items if any and throw out what not needed
